I am 25.I am not in horrible shape, but I have been playing video games for the past 4 years or so and it is starting to show.When I am active, I am 5'9ish around 160.Right now I am 210 and its all in my belly and butt/thighs.I just got a membership at the YMCA so I have a lot of fitness options and would like to know what someone with more experience would suggest.I would like to slim down again and put on a little bit of muscle mass.Am I supposed to do cardio after weights, before, or during? my question was this :when i turn on my computer, my computer gets really loud , then when everything's loaded, it gets quiet.when i go on facebook and yahoo or other websites except video websites like youtube, its still calm.but when i play a video on youtube or other websites or play game, it starts going really loud that everyone in my house's distracted by it.what can I do? My son is 10 years old.We were all at a basketball game last week and he had to pee but he waited until halftime.But that's when the lines are long.He drank a lot of cola.Anyway he got so desperate that he asked people to let him go to the front of the line, but they wouldn't let him.He ended up peeing in his pants.He was crying so I know he was upset, so I felt I should say something comforting.On the other hand, it isn't fair to the rest of us.His siblings are embarrassed because their brother peed his pants and his father is also embarrassed by this.And since he smelled of pee, no one wanted to be near him.He had to stand in the aisle for the rest of the game.I both comforted and scolded him.I told him that it's not the end of the world, but I also told him that it's his fault for waiting too long and for letting go when it started to get really uncomfortable.Also I suggested that next time there's a game he wear a pullup, just in case.Do you think I handled the situation right and how can I do it better.(Hopefully there won't be a next time.)

I had a pet prairie dog that turned into a gerbil, then a guinea pig, then into a wolf.I put the wolf into a pit, which turned into a green and blackish pool with garbage in it.I looked and saw eels in the pool, and ran to get the wolf out, and saw a blood cloud leading from the wolf, and when I got her out, she had a huge...cut like thing on her leg.Also in the dream, she wouldn't get into the pit unless I was in the room so my sister told me to go into the room because she wants to see my face.And the wolf talked to me and my sister, my sister had walked around the corner when it turned into a wolf and my sister said "It's a..." and me and her said "Wolf" at the same time.It looked at both of us and growled "Prairie dog." What does this dream mean?
I've been listening to ATL since late '09 and i recently just went to see them live.I have all their albums and they've very quickly became my favourite band! I'm seriously considering joining the Hustler Club but, as i said, i'm in the UK.Seeing as they don't come to the UK as much as the US do you think it's worth joining? The money isn't a problem, it's coming out of my own pocket anyway (i'm 17, i'm expected to pay for things myself!) but would i be getting the benefits to their full advantage or wouldn't it be worth it seeing as they come to the UK only once or twice a year? Also, what about the forums? I hear they don't take lightly to "newcomers" and/or are full of those who only like 1 or 2 songs by them? Any advice is appreciated!

Me and my fiance have finally picked out a beautiful and affordable location for our wedding.We planned our wedding to be in 2013 so we'd have plenty of time to save for everything.Our parents will help but they aren't rich and it will mostly fall on us, which is ok.But recently my fiance has been complaining more and more about how much he hates his job because he took on a harder position to pay for the wedding.First off he took the position before we were even engaged because he wanted to make more money.But since he hates it so much - and has the option to go back to his old job - I've told him almost every week to go back to his old job.We are not broke, we don't need him losing his peace of mind, etc.for more money.But he wouldn't leave the position because now he's used to and likes making his current paycheck and doesn't want to go back to the lower pay.I know it's good of him to want to make more money for us, but money isn't everything.I rather have him happy and enjoying his job instead of the money but he won't quit.Months later were were engaged and picked a hall and he still complains, to me and all his friends about how this wedding is why he keeps this job that he HATES.I'm so tired of him blaming an occasion that's supposed to represent love and us, etc.on his unhappiness.I mean, he picked the hall too, he loves the hall.He often tells me he's excited for our wedding and marrying me.When he blames the wedding I feel like he's blaming me.Like I am the reason he has to work at a job he hates.It makes me really want to cancel the contract with the hall and just go to the court house to stop his complaining and to make him happy but then I can't say that I won't regret my decision because that means I'm giving up my dream wedding.It will make him happy - I think - but then it will make me resentful.Can you imagine me telling his parents and mine that the wedding is off to make him happier? It seems if I win he loses and if he wins I lose and I don't see any compromise and I don't know what to do.

Underneath my eyes I have dark circles, and they look horrible.I don't know what it is, but they started to appear when I was ten, and they got worse.I'm now 14, and I always squint, which isn't attractive, and constantly look ill.I've tried various concealer tones but they just make my under eye skin look orange and more puffy.If I put foundation under my eyes, it makes no difference.Is there anything I can do to help it? I already take one multivitamin a day, and don't have a lot of salt in my diet.I eat plenty of fruit.I don't really do that much exercise (but I do go on wanders in evenings and on a walk at the weekend).I get between 6-7 hours sleep, but I have trouble getting to sleep so there isn't much I can do about that.I'm out in the sun quite a lot, but I'm still really pale which emphasises the bags.Please don't say 'get more sleep' because it's impossible for me to.I get up at 6:50, get changed, do my hair and make up, put my books in my bag and get the bus at 7:50.I get in from school at 5pm, get a quick snack, do my homework, make tea, get a shower, go on the computer& watch TV for an hour (I want to have some me time), and by the time I'm finished it's half 10/11pm.I've also recently started reading a book for half an hour before bed, because apparently it's good for my eyes and brain before bed? I just want to know if there are any remedies I can try or anything I can do in my lifestyle?


How do I make my eyes look less 'sleepy'?
My husband told my best friends husband that he doesn't like coming home.My best friend talked to her husband about it and advised me that I need to make sure where my husband is after he gets home from work.He gets a paycheck stub with times he clocks in and clocks out.Well the time he gets home sometimes is two hours after he clocks out, what could this mean? I have checked to see if there was any money missing, and there wasn't, he hasn't changed his appearance, he is nice to me when he gets home.I have asked him about this and he ignores the question.I don't want to push it cause I don't wanna fight infront of the kids.He works as a logger so it is no telling when he will clock out at the shop, so its hard to spy on him.I can't call his work cause there is no one there but his very close cousin there to answer, I don't want to bother his boss with this.I wanna see whats going on....I don't have a friend with a car that he wont recognize....I can rent one, but don't have the money.He drives a company vehicle to and from home, so no lowjack...Im so needing some ideas on this, truthful please....help me relieve this issue....thanksWhen he gets home, we are usually getting ready for bed.Usually 830-9.....sometimes he clocks out at work at 3-5, no later than 645.He did tell me that the time clock was broke at work, and they r gonna fix it, but isn't concerned about all that time he is missing in pay.This has been going on for the past 6 months, and I just now am realizing it.I have trusted him in every way, and feel deceived.We have 3 kids, and are usually in their room, or asleep when he gets home at a normal time.I truly don't bombard him, and give him his space when he gets home.

It started when I was 15 when my eating disorder was really bad and I was hardly eating at all, I would dream that I had eaten a massive plate of really fattening food or weighed myself and gained 6lb, this happened at least 6 times a night and I would wake up in a complete panic each time having to go and weigh myself.I could only go back to sleep when I convinced myself that I did not eat anything.Then when I started to bing purge more the nightmares changed and became more about something consuming me like I can see myself laying unconscious in a hospital bed and a machine starts sucking every drop of blood from my body really fast untill I am just a dry corpse and no matter how much I screamed and cried for help no one could hear me.Also there was one where I saw myself as a child swimming in pools of black water then when I look up I am being consumed by a monster, but by the time I notice what is happening, it is too late.Then since I have started recovery I have been having lots of nightmares or being misunderstood, like I try to do something which I think is good but everyone hates me and prosectues me for it.Just last night I had a dream that my sister was just starting to make herself throw-up (she is 24 and very overweight) and my mum was extremely concerned, but she never cared about my eating disorder and said I was just trying to make everything about me.Mainly all my nightmares are about either bing judged horribly by the people I care about, everyone else having an eating disorder and they all matter more than me, people msunderstanding me, being eaten alive...What can I do to stop all these horrid dreams, I wake up almost every morning in floods of tears.Also a lot of them are very triggering foor my eating disorder so recovery seems almost impossible.Please help me, what do i do? No therapist, psycologist or psychiatrist has ever been able to help me with this.

There has been an explosion at the power station, the experts on TV are playing it down, but I am not so sure.I think the reactor itself might have melted causing a thermal explosion between coolant water and fuel material.It is not a 'nuclear explosion' but will have spread radioactive material.In fact it has just sounded more like Chernobyl still.A whole building has apparently blown up.Nuclear experts like to talk about 'emergency shutdowns', but the things can not be shut down at will, shut down is a process that takes several days of cooling.The expert on Sky was playing it all down, trying to say that nuclear power is totally safe, and that it might be a non radioactive incident or just a little radioactive gas venting off, but the entire building was annihilated, I had to sort of laugh at that, it was like something off 'Brass Eye' for its ludicrousness this now means it might be impossible to tend the other malfunctioning reactors.I think it will be less bad than Chernobyl though, that reactor was on fire for days with no plan existing to put it out.Farid, I fear it might be the worst nuclear power accident apart from Chernobyl, they are now talking about 'bad contamination'I think it is worse than three mile island, Three Mile Island was a partial melt-down followed by steam being released, this thing exploded!
