Ok so I decided to enjoy some corn beef and cabbage(my grandmother made it), and then all of a sudden I noticed these WEIRD white ball looking things in it & I am totally grossed out! They look like mini eggs or something!! Does anyone know what they could be??? I have 4 corned beef briskets. I usually make corn beef and cabbage with potatoes and carrots. However seeing as I have 4 of them in the freezer what else can I do with them besides the usual? I know I can do corn been hash with the leftovers but is there anything else?
