Why are israelis concerned about iranian nuclear reactor if russians will be removing all spent materials?

The Russians have been attacked by Islamic militants before, so they don't want nuclear material to get in the hands of terrorists as much as the Western powers. What's the problem with the reactor then?

Because you can't trust the Russians, and next to islamic militantt they hate the Jews almost the same. Plus they gain more leverage by even the suspicion that they may help Iran and the Hilter like leader their make a nuclear weapon. Muslims are not terrorists even if Iran has illegal weapons they didn't use them like America. The real terrorist is the one who make rules to break them.
