What are some processes that need to be monitored at a nuclear reactor site?

All help needed fast please!! and please write an answer even if you think its been said and dont be afraid to elaborate!! Thanks in advance :D (if you know some for ANSTO in particular that would be great but if you don't, don't worry about it :P)

ANTSO monitors:-Neutron flux. This is the main measurement that they use to control what reactions are going on inside the reactor.-Gamma radiation near the Lucas Heights site. This is used to determine the radiation exposure if relatives, animals or plants are around the location added to from that to obstruct it is operating safely.-Rainfall draw the Lucas Heights site as this posterior result in a peak broach the gamma radiation.
