it was for my cell phone bill 2 years ago and the court awarded them $2000they already took $1000 from my wachovia savings.BUT im just scared because I have a SECURED credit card through capital one in the amount of $5000.I've had this card for about a year now, for credit establishing purposesthe money is in a CD from cap one, can they touch these funds??****i meant i was issued a judgement for my old CELL PHONE BILL, not credit card*** haha

My wife and I signed up with Gold's Gym back in July 2010.$50 a month for the both of us for two years.We were with Wachovia who then got bought out by Wells Fargo.When this switch happened in October, I checked my bills online and saw that the $50 fee showed up on my Wells Fargo account as recurring so I took that to mean that everything was fine.Well it wasn't.The $50 fee never got switched.Ok, my fault, I get it.We hadn't been to the gym since about October.It is now 6 months later and we got letters from a collections agency asking for $568 per person.So we got no calls from Gold's, no courtesy letters or emails to ask us to update our account, which I would have done.My questions are, should we pay these two $568 collections payments? At this point, are we still members at Gold's Gym with them trying to charge us $50 a month and continuing the collections on our accounts? We're not trying to cancel our membership, just trying to sort out what out options are and not pay these two ridiculous amounts of $568 each.HELP!!!

OK, first off im 21.So, I got 2 job offers.First one is working as a Teller at Wells Fargo(Wachovia).I'll be getting paid $11/hr and im sure they have awesome benefits and good ways to advance in the company.Ive always thought about working in a bank and love handling money(well who doesn't?!?!)The second job is an Assistant Teacher working at Childhood Development Services which is for kids infant-4yrs old.I was actually thinking about becoming an Elementary Teacher.I love kids! But, I was thinking, Do I really want to watch kids all day every day for the rest of my life? And how would that make me feel when I decide to have kids of my own? And I'm sure they wont start me out as much as the bank will.Anyway, I feel the answer is right in front of my face, but I thought I would get some opinions and advice from other ppl.Maybe someone who has been in my shoes or that is a Teller or Teacher.Thanks for taking the time to read and respond!17 hours ago - 3 days left to answer.
