Professor Rodney Brazier MVO, Emeritus Professor of Constitutional Law, University of Manchester; Fellow of the Royal Historical Society

Hillary Bauer OBE, Former Head of International and Cultural Property Unit, Department in favor of Culture, Media and Sport; Board component of the Ben Uri Gallery and Towner Gallery; and mentor on culture and heritage issues

John Evans, Communications and media consultant; quondam Head of Communications for the Olympic Delivery Authority, municipal servant and BBC journalist; part-time postgraduate scholar at Birkbeck, University of London

Lesley Ferguson, Head of Collections, Royal Commission up the body the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland
